So, I bought 3…
I needed an exercise ball for pregnancy and labor.
My mom had one that claimed to be a 65mm ball (turquoise one at the end), but when measured it was barely 20″. Nonetheless I decided to order a size up and got a 75mm, since the 65mm my mom had was too short even for me (I’m 5’0″). Then after going over size charts and recommendations, I realized the 75mm, was probably going to be too big and the one my mom had was probably smaller than advertised.
So, to be safe, I ordered a 55, 65 as well so I could be sure to get the right size. For the price I couldn’t really go wrong.
Turns out the one my mom has IS a 55mm, not a 65. The 65mm is perfect for me and the 75mm is huge (thankfully my fiance can use it)! Some reviews show that the sizes are inconsistent according to their measurements which could be a quality control, but the three I bought are all on point.
It’s a sturdy ball, and I’ve been using it everywhere – to sit on during a movie, to sit at the computer with, the dinner table.. there’s probably such a thing as too much but it’s been a huge relief on my body. I was 90 lbs pre pregnancy, and have put on 35 lbs all on my tummy (I’m 9 months and waiting to pop). My back and hips had been hurting so bad at night that I would wake up and not fall asleep for an hour to two ore more hours, tossing and turning. One day of using my 65MM ball and I slept like a baby last night, and now I really wish I had gotten one sooner. I have to give it a little more time and I can follow up after the labor, but I’ll be using it again all day today.
The hand pumps also worked fine – because I have 3 balls, I have 3 pumps, but I used one to inflate all three balls and it held up the whole time. I have plenty of extra stops and picks now too 😉
P.S: I realize it’s hard to take photos and hold a measuring tape at the same time so pardon the bad angles!
P.S.S: A couple of them might need a bit of topping off-not deflated or leaking but I under filled them just a little. Also I wonder if there’s some truth to the material needing to expand a bit as it becomes less stiff.

Should have got this earlier – this thing is great
It’s just an exercise ball…but wow is this a high quality item that surprised me how versatile it is. Just a few exercises – and I mean a few – and I felt muscles being used I hadn’t realized I hadn’t been using. It allows you to work a lot of areas in a low impact way. Fantastic value for the money. Sitting on it as a full time office chair is definitely waaaay overhyped (just go get a refurbished Leap), but for a few minutes at a time to work different muscles is great.
Edit: just measured the ball and I had underinflated it. It will only get to the full 26″ if you really inflate the heck out of it, so it is pretty taut. I had originally inflated to just under 22″ and assumed that was it and enjoyed the ball. I later measured and inflated it to over 25.5″ and it’s quite firm. So there’s a range here – if you think the ball is too small, try inflating it for a week, then adding more air after it has stretched. It expands more than you’d think.

Came as advertised. All equipment was present and it is nice having extra plugs, plus the extractor. Inflating was easy and didn’t take very long, even with a hand pump. It does look a little ugly once inflater. The ball retains a lot of the wrinkles from how it is packaged, but that’s not a huge deal. It’s not like I’m using these for classes or a business. I bought it as a birth ball (and for pregnancy related hip problems), so my main concern is durability. There’s a cross section of a manufacturing seam and a seam from packaging that concerns me for long term use. Sitting on the ball, it feels sturdy and does well with my weight (5’6″- 160lbs) and the 65cm one is the perfect height. Would love to have this for a long time after my daughter’s birth, but at least holds up for the 2 months I have left. Have seen other balls have issues with bursting after a few months, so I will update this review if I find any durability issues down the road.
All and all, great purchase and great price.

This ball is a must buy I am here for exercising at home. I had a total knee replacement so I don’t like getting up and down on the floor. This exercise ball opened up a wide range of exercises I can do comfortably, it is very durable and I believe can hold a lot of weight. You can fill the ball up easily in 5 minutes with the hand pump. I liked it so much that the first time I used it I order the second one in a larger size. I did have to add a little more air the second day but I think that’s normal after the ball has stretched out some I haven’t had to add any more air and I’ve had it for about a week now. I think this ball is going to be great for weight loss because you can easily reach the Fat Burn Zone. And if you are like me and feel a little stiff when you get out of the bed in the morning 5 minutes sitting on this ball and you will be loose and ready for your day.
And it has helped so much with my lower back pain.

FACILISIMO DE INFLAR,casi ni me di cuenta que ya lo tenia hinchado,en pocos movimientos la Bomba ya lo tenia lleno; como que la voy a usar este verano para tooodo lo que se tenga que hinchar.
