Absolutely perfect!
I LovE these balls. My dog decided he was mad enough to bite the ball so I replaced it. The ball is extremely good for adductors, for abs, slightly deflated. Such a simple and effective exercise tool. Worth every $

I love this ball for more than just exercise
I bought this ball to use in yoga class, but I soon discovered it was also very useful to put behind me when I sit in a chair. It helps me to keep my posture correct. This ball is very durable. The only down side, which is true of any size exercise ball, is they are a pain to inflate and get the plug in before the air escapes. Also, another thumbs up for the fact this ball didn’t stink when it arrived like some balls do.

Effective in a small space.
I live in a really small apartment. I originally brought a large exercise ball and found it was way too large to fit anywhere when not in use. It was too big to fit in either of my two small closets. I would move it from the chair to the table to the floor depending on where I wasn’t at the time. So I decided to try the small ball. Considering how much smaller it is, it works great. It feels sturdy, and it facilitates a variety of exercises. The package it comes in did not include any kind of pump – but I have the pump which came with the large ball. The only thing I don’t really love about the small ball is that when you pull the pump out after it is well inflated, it starts deflating immediately and it’s hard to get the plug in place before it’s lost some air.

Manual air pump is not included but will be great if you have it
Iâve seen review where people are having a hard time putting air and keeping this stretch out/wrinkle free (air escape when you try to put it the pin to keep the ball inflated) thus be giving few stars than what this product deserves. This does not have the pump (i mean for the price, i would not expect it to come with it and it does not advertise that it does) This does come with a short tube which i guess you use to blow the air in. If this is the process youâll use, i can just imagine that youâll have a hard time putting enough air where itâs stretched out enough that even air escapes when you try to plug the hole, itâll still be wrinkle free.I happen to have manual air pump (black tube beside the ball) and thatâs what i use. Material is good quality and works like how it is suppose to.I tried to squeeze it several times between my thighs to see if the airplug will come off, it held and kept the ballâs shape.Price âï¸Material âï¸Ease of use âï¸Appearance âï¸As advertised âï¸

Doesnât hold air
Bought this to use as a Pilates ball, which means it gets squeezed⦠but it doesnât seem to hold air. I just aired it up before my workout and the attached picture is what it looked like after 15 minutes of use. Very disappointing. I tried to contact the manufacturer, but Amazonâs link takes you to a totally different companyâs website. Womp womp.

Works for what I need but doesnât stay inflated very well
So far this has worked for what I need but I tend to have to pump it up each time I use it. I canât get it to keep air in all the time. It doesnât completely deflate between uses but it get a little flatter than what I would like. It is good quality but has that flaw.

I bought this as I have been injured for a year and a half. I needed to do some strength exercises. I use this ball to do single leg glute bridges to help strengthen my flutes. You may think as itâs a soft ball what use can it be. I can assure you itâs a main bit of my kit now. I use it a lot. Iâm training for the Chicago marathon in October and Iâm also doing the GNR next week. Not sure Iâm fit enough for either has my training fell short due to the injury and rehab training. But I can tell you my injury is a hell of a lot better and just ran 18 miles yesterday. Great for rehab or none rehab training. I will continue to use this ball.
