Arrivid on time. Product as described, size, comfort, color, durability just as described. Son lives it. Started using right away and four months later is still using daily. He is 6’2 and about 210. Would be nice to have included bars that were a bit longer to be able to add more weight. But very satisfied for the price.

Overall this is a good deal. It comes with a long bar and a couple of dumbell bars. The weights are concrete, enclosed in plastic; they are a little bulky, but are easy to handle. The long bar weighs only 7 lbs. and is 1 piece. It suits my needs just fine. I was looking for something to build up my upper body strength a little. I bought this after shopping locally at Wal-Mart & Academy. I didn’t need a “super” set of weights. The clips that hold the weights on the bar don’t really secure the weights very well, but I think I can make some kind of padding or something that will fix that. For the price, this set is perfect.

The barbell was great, it came on time and when I bought it, it was under $100. It being 105 pounds, this was a steal. It is great for beginners, having a barbell and dumbbell. I wish some plates were lighter. (2.5 pounds) Although the barbell was hard to get out, it is fine.

We love this set! It has everything you need to begin your workouts. Everything feels like a decent quality. Even the clamps are larger, easier to hold, and feel like they grip better than other clamps I’ve used before. I mean, this isn’t a fancy set by any means, but for $80 you can’t get anything close to this elsewhere. We might buy a second set!I will warn you, the packaging is in three separate boxes, and will MOST LIKELY come on different days. We had 2 boxes come on a Thursday and the third box on Friday. UPS says this is normal. There’s even a note in the box stating multi-day delivery and their direct customer service number. Please wait a day or two before panicking about your partial shipment.

Great Weights, Unreliable Clips
The quality of weights is great however, I do have some concerns about the clips that are meant to hold the weights in place. Unfortunately, they donât seem to be as reliable as I had hoped. The clips occasionally loosen up during my workout, which can be frustrating and, frankly, a bit dangerous. I find myself constantly checking to make sure the weights are secure, which interrupts the flow of my exercise routine!
