Very Happy with a Clean and Non-Irritated Face
I am a guy but I do have sensitive skin. Iâve found with facial cleansers that most of the products I try I canât use because they somehow irritate my face (most often) or sometimes I just donât feel they are doing a good job at cleaning my mug (I have slightly oily skin). For these reasons, I have found that I always came back to the Neutragena Facial Cleanser and thatâs what Iâve been using for many years now.The Vanicream cleanser doesnât have either of those problems mentioned above. In fact, I think itâs doing a great job for me.Hereâs why: 1) My face doesnât react negatively to using it. Itâs really the first cleanser Iâve used that Iâve had absolutely no problems with. 2) Moreover, it feels pleasant on my face while Iâm using it. It almost feels like a pure moisturing cream when it goes on. What I mean by this is that it FEELS different on my face than other cleansers and in a good way too. 3) After Iâm done, my face feels and looks clean. 4) Thereâs no scent.What more could we want in a facial cleanser? I say this is a 5 star product and definitely worth a few bucks to try. If my opinion changers later, Iâll update this review, but right now I am very happy and I think you will be too.

Best face wash for those who have dry skin issues due to Accutane
I took a full cycle of Accutane roughly 20 years ago for acne. Let me tell you: that stuff worked. Unfortunately, itâs common for many to suffer from long lasting side effects (I know a person who can literally no longer cry). Some people experience these side effects for the rest of their lives. I am one of those people (the ârest of their livesâ part is TBD). Specifically, I have chronic dry and irritated skin under my nostrils and around the center of my chin. Over the yearsI have tried dozens of âgentleâ daily face washes (free of Salycilic acid and other irritants). Some helped, some made it worse. I stumbled upon Vanicream one day and decided to give it a shot. As it turns out, this happens to be the only cleanser that has ever truly worked for me, and it works well at that. I no longer have any excess dryness or irritation. One day, as an experiment, I switched to a different, very well-known, âgentleâ facial cleanser I had tucked away. My irritation and dryness was back in full effect almost immediately. Once I switched back to Vanicream, it got back to normal within a day or two. Simply amazing results. The price is more than comparable to similar cleansers (trust me, I have done my homework). Hopefully this post helps other fellow Accutane alums with similar issues. Disclaimer: I have no affiliation with Vanicream and have never received any products from them in return for a review. I am just a very big (and life-long) fan.

In a word, this cleanser is AMAZING! This cleanser has worked wonders for my combination, sensitive, and PCOS-acned skin. Since I started using this cleanser a year ago, it has cleared most of my acne and has prevented it from becoming dry, which used to be such a struggle in the wintertime. But keep in mind that a little definitely goes a long way. One bottle usually lasts me at least 6 months when washing my face twice a day.Because this isn’t a scented cleanser, it has a subtle chemical smell, but the smell disappears once it is washed off. Overall, this cleanser is a great option if you want something that leaves you glowing but is still gentle on your skin and cleans well.

I struggle with really rough oily skin and seb derm… my skin is very sensitive and this cleanser leaves my skin so hydrated and soft. Definitely helps with my oiliness, and a little goes a long way!

My skin is not sensitive but I have combination skin and with too many options in the market I find this very reliable if we want to keep our routine simple. I use this in the morning as well in the afternoon if my face gets oily or dry specially approaching winter now. It has no strong smell, easy to use and easy to rinse. I jst wish they have bigger bottles of this.
