I got this set for my husband for Christmas, and didnât look at it until two days ago (3 days before Christmas!) and found that there was a crack on the back of the case. Totally crestfallen, I contacted Ventures Fly Co., just knowing there was no way to get it replaced before tomorrow and that Iâd have to give my husband a broken present. But the amazing people on their customer service team two day shipped me a new case so it would be here in time for tomorrow, and it just arrived, in pristine condition! To say this is an awesome company is an understatement, Iâd buy again from them just for that fact alone! Plus, with the new case, the set is great and my husband is going to love it, the flies look fantastic and itâs going to be well used! Despite the initial issue with the crack (which in reality was more a delivery issue than a quality issue), this is a quality product.

I have purchased a ton of flies in the past. This is by far the most thought out kit that I have spent money on up to this point. As pictured, it comes with a very nice double sided fly box, 40 flies and a reference guide to all of the flies. In my opinion, if you are just getting into fly fishing and you are trying to learn the ropes of flies, life cycles, colors, patterns, etc… this kit will provide the best bang for your buck.Hands down, I will be buying these for gifts and for myself again down the road.
