I’ve tried MANY cleansing balms that wouldn’t completely dissolve, therefore, wasting product down the drain. This product is more of a thick Vaseline, with a slight menthol scent and action (which i really liked). It dissolved all of my makeup, including waterproof mascara and eyeliner. It did not bother my eyes. It did not make my face greasy even after applying my usual nighttime routine (and I have a very oily t-zone). After washing my face felt moisturized, not tight. Do yourself a favor and try this. You won’t regret it. I’ll be back for more.

Bought a travel size of this cleanser hen I forgot my regular stuff at home. I’ve been a Clinique gal for literally decades, and let me tell ya- this lil travel size wowed me so much I’ve officially made the switch! Vicks Rub feels good but leaves residue
I bought this to use as first step in my double cleanse to remove SunscreenIt smells like Vicks rub but did not burn my face at all.I loved the cooling feel of itI did not use it on my eyes (I use micellar water for that)After I rinsed it off , the balm’s residue remained. I had to wash my face my face more than wash with my averno oat wash. Still I felt the oily residue in some parts of my faceI will not recommend this for double cleanse as multiple washing can dry your faceInstead I will use it as once in a while in shower just because I like the cool feeling. I will see how it goes. (This means I will use very tiny amount so that I wont need to do hardcore washing afterwards)I am gonna check out elf cleansing balm next

This goes from sorbet to oil, from oil to milk, and to foam, like it is supposed to do! Magic! It is very rare in drugstore skincare, but this one actually does what it claims. It is not like Ponds, not like Cake Beauty, not like whatever else that claims to sell cleansing balm for 5 bucks, those are literally scams!I was so frustrated with using products like Ponds, I almost stopped wearing makeup last month. Finally, I can start wearing concealer without having to dread the cleansing process.I don’t even like the smell because it smells like Vicks Vaporub – Not a negative anymore, my standards are lowered by other brands… I will smell like Vicks, but to go to bed clean!
