Nimto Vibration Plate
I CANNOT say enough good things about this vibration plate! When I purchased this product I did not expect to have so many great benefits come along with it so soon. Before purchasing I read through the reviews and seen a few comments about this helping with cellulite. In my head I was thinking âyeah right!â. Iâve tried numerous products to get rid of my dimpled thighs and bottom only to be let down by the lack of results; HOWEVER! After only having this machine for 1 week, at least 60% of my cellulite is GONE!!! I use this for 10 min twice a day, THATS IT! Not only that, but I can really feel the difference this thing has had on circulation of my legs and feet. 4 years ago I had to have open heart surgery at the young age of 35, and ever since that surgery I always have swelling in my lower legs, ankles, and feet. Half the time the circulation issues were so bad that I felt like my feet were DEAD, no feeling whatsoever. After using this product my feet feel alive again, and my swelling has subsided quite a bit. Iâve only had this vibration plate for a couple weeks, so itâs still too soon to tell about any weight loss, but even if I donât lose any weight I DONT CARE! The other benefits alone make it a great and worthwhile purchase.Instructions are easy to follow, even though you can tell it was transcribed from another language. The remote control is easy to use, and the workout bands come in handy for keeping me balanced. Thereâs only 1 issue that I had a problem with. In the Item description it says this holds up to 440lbs(I think thatâs what it was), however, In the users manual it says the max weight is 120kg, which correlates to 264lbs if my mathâs right..This does not affect me, as Iâm well within those parameters, but it may affect someone else who is thinking about buying this, so just thought Iâd mention it..One last thing-I was offered a 10$ gift card for a 5 star review but this has no bearing on everything that I have written about my experience with this product. This is my honest review, regardless if thereâs any reward for it or not:)

Lymphedema help!
After 4 or 5 years I was finally diagnosed with lymphedema. For the next 2 to 3 years I’ve been going through the standard management of this affliction. Then a friend happened to learn that vibration therapy can help reduce swelling from lymphedema. So after some reading/research I decided to purchase this vibrating plate due to it’smid range price point and its weight limit being within my size. Thank goodness I did!!!! In just over 2 weeks and using it once day during work days and 2 to 3 times a day on my days off for 10 minutes each at 99, I’ve reduced the swelling in my calves by about 1.25 inches!!!! The bonus of this product actually being a workout and losing weight and gaining strength as well, is awesome too!!!! I’m 56 and very out of shape and over weight, so trust me when I say this product is a Godsend! The only negative I have is the surface ridges meant to add grip, are painful in bare feet, so you have to put on shoes to use it. But it’s a small inconvenience considering the benefits!

Works better than I thought
It is too early to say if it is helping me lose weight yet. It feels like it likely is. The vibrations are strong, it feels good and I am surprised how well it works. This is shaking every muscle in my body. You feel it up to your neck and face. You tilt or lean just a bit one way and the focus of the shakes change and then lean another way and it changes. I like that. Bad part is something people should know. This REALLY shakes your insides and is going to make your stools very soft. It is actually a problem to me, not so much that I regret the purchase but stock up on t.p. if you buy this. Sorry to be disgusting but it should be known.
