I use this set daily!
I wanted to get back into having a nice beard and the price of this set was unbeatable. Glad I got it because that boars head brush is amazing! I love the mustache comb and the excellent pair of scissors ( they aren’t a cheap kind). Then the oil and balm work like a charm.
I just wish the oil and balm were scented but that’s me grasping at straws. I highly recommend this product to anyone whose beard needs to be tamed.

Very Nice Kit. Wish I would have gotten something like this many years ago. Have tried other products to help moisturize/condition dry brittle wire rough facial hair. The Oil is great for a starter to very dry hair & the Balm is great for the day-to-day conditioning and grooming. Like to dab a little Balm on the brush and then work/brush it in. Leaves hands soft and smelling nice as well as my face is being moisturized and helps with itchy flaky skin beard face. Biggest aspect I like is that it does not leave a oily/greasy residue. Nice basic lite smell; with what comes in the kit.
The scissors are very small but a nice make/metal. Can barely get my fingers in the holes to use so I will be giving these to my little kid to play with (haha). The Comb & Brush are nice. Hope the Brush will last and why no case for them like in the other Viking Products that offer them. Oil came in a glass bottle. Why not plastic if it would lower the price.
Wish they would offer different Oils & Balms in the Kits (samples ??) Interested in trying the “Clary Sage” and would have liked to at least to be able to smell the others though I know I will or wont ever buy them as to not waste my time and now will never know so now you miss out on possible sales.
Overall, Very Nice Kit & Tin though the tin-case should be smaller and more efficient to be a carry item, with a small shatter proof mirror. Even a bit bulky for leaving around the house/bathroom. Good starter for people like me who have nothing for beard/facial hair grooming. Every other brand out there is made by Loki. =P

My boyfriend is not one of the most “self care” kind of men. This was sort of an easy introduction to giving himself a bit of thought and kindness.
First the kit comes in a very nice quality box, with a hinge lid (he really loves that) and there are three types of combs in there for versatile hair care. A big bristley beard brush, a regular double sided wooden comb (which I can also use to comb the hair on his head for him) and a tiny black comb for his mustache I assume.
They rinse off easily and are nice high quality. He even said that he feels like his beard is less dry and itchy!
The star of the show I think has to be the beard balm, it works wonderfully and straightens out his beard hair. He has very sensitive skin so the fact that it doesn’t give him a reaction is a god send. (When I say sensitive, I mean he reacts to UNSCENTED lotion for his arms and various dish soaps-very sensitive and reactive skin)
He even likes the light lemony scent of the balm.
We haven’t tried the beard oil since it has a warning for sensitive skin on it so it made us a bit leery.
Also it comes with a nice sharp pair of small scissors that could be used for basically any trimming! It could be used for trimming the mustache, eyebrows, etc, so very versatile and sturdy with a comfortable hand shape.
If you have a man who needs an introduction into giving himself a little TLC I think this is the perfect gift for him. (And he liked the viking design which I thought was super cute) Plus this could be a little couples moment for you guys, he lets me massage the beard balm into his face and use the different combs on his beard and hair while he lays in my lap.

Keeps Beard Care Products Organized
The container is efficient. It doesn’t take up much more room than necessary on the counter. I like the aroma of the oil and balm. I bought this after reviewing some videos on YouTube about proper beard care and I think has made my beard much softer and provided proper skin care for my face. I recommend this kit.

I’m new to the beard community. I have a large beard already so I was looked around at other products but I was looking for a start kit since I did know what to look for. For the price I thought let give it a try. So far I can’t complain. The metal tin is a nice touch to keep everything nice and organized. So far I have issues the beard oil and brush. I like the oil, it’s nice and lite. I don’t like really oily things which worked out great. The balm has a nice citrus scent which I will try when I want to style my beard. The brush has some stiffness to it, but not so much it pulls on your beard.

El cepillo no pierde tanto pelo como algunos usuarios comentan… Un par en los primeros usos y ya, nada grave. la calidad del cepillo, peine y tijeras es muy pero que muy buena. El aceite y el balsamo me han sorprendido muy gratamente, con muy pocos ingredientes naturales. Desde el primer dÃa le ha venido genial a mi barba. Ya os digo que por 25 miseros euros es un regalazo para hombres, porque encima la presentación es muy buena. Llevo años usando el aceite de barba de Bulldog…. Y prefiero el que viene en este kit, es mas fluido y menos pringoso, queda mas natural. El balsamo lo uso entre duchas para nutrir y dar algo de fijación y deja muy bien la barba.
