This product works…I was not taking any multivitamins and with 2.5 hours of weights and cardio 5 days a week my MD found that my urine test was showing I was significantly depleted of essential vitamins and minerals. Started taking Vita JYM and my levels went back up and my energy and recovery was better urine went from clear to neon yellow definitely recommend taking one tab when you wake up and one at lunch. Lobe the fact that they left zinc and calcium out do to absorption conflicts with other minerals..just take ZMA at night. Great by for the money!!!

Am I the only person who gets radioactive nuclear yellow urine with these?
While I trust Dr. Stoppani (the main reason I use these) these things make my urine look like nuclear waste.
