Not sure what kind of K2 MK7
Pros: Get calcium, D3, K7 all in one, and B12 as a side benefit.Cons: The label doesn’t indicate type of K2 MK7 (cis or trans), so I have to take a trans menaquinone-7 supplement along with it. It can make a difference whether the calcium ends up in the right place. Also these don’t seem to be coated and since their big it’s like swallowing a quarter stick of chalk… they can get stuck in your throat.
