Perfect additional for my recovery!
I purchased these exercise balls during my recovery from a broken ulna. Helping to work my fingers and wrist! The soft material was perfect to help work my wrist and hand without too much resistance. Because of arthritis, I do not have much strength in my hands. I want to be able to build up my strength so that I can continue doing my favorite hobbies, which include crocheting and cardmaking. Sometimes my hands feel so sore but I am finding that if I use these balls regularly…usually while I am watching TV, they feel much better.

Alternate use ; bite strength and facial muscles
I am using the balls to increase my bite strength and work on my facial muscles. The material is perfect as the sharpness of the teeth has not been able to tear it up. Well my bite strength has increased as I can now bite on the toughest ball something I could not do when I started.

I recently had a Stroke and didnât get any advice from the Hospital with regard getting my hand moving again. Ten weeks later Iâam getting flooded with help and all the exercise toys I need.
I went out on the limb and purchased vibe Hand Exercise Balls my review post and packaging very good. Product excellent four coloured balls with degrees of soft up-to hard rubber / plastic. Comes with a bag to keep them in. Unfortunately I still had problems using this product it may be my medical condition not certain. As I have reviewed the product as v/ good. I have not been supplied with a Putty type of material to use in my hand. Starting with a soft putty working up- to not certain yet. For people who have had a Stroke asked for help before buying products. I cannot fault the exercise balls but not for people who have had one Stroke. So Iâam still going to mark them up.
