To change out the AAA battery simply remove cap, hold trimmer body with one hand and pinch the trimmer head with your index finger and thumb with the other hand then gently pull up on the trimmer head. This will give you access to the battery tray. Replace bad battery and simply slide trimmer back into the metal sleeve. To remove the trimmer head pinch the head between your index finger and thumb then turn counterclockwise a quarter turn and lift away from the trimmer body. To replace the head, align the notches on the head with the channel on the trimmer body, press down and turn a quarter turn clockwise until it locks into place. Nice little trimmer
I really like this little Wahl trimmer. you really canât beat the price. The motor is pretty strong and the blades are fairly sharp. This will not work for heavy duty haircutting, But works great for little touchups here and there. especially to trim ear hair, eyebrows, to clean up a mustache or beard or for whiskers. The guard also comes in handy so you know that youâre cutting your hair a uniform length. It is a little fragile, so just make sure you donât drop it. Other than that it should last a long time. Great product at a great price!

My 7yr old Wahl Micro Groomsman REFUSES to BREAK……..
My 1st Wahl Micro Groomsman Refuses to ……..Break permanently! About once every year or so for the last 7 years, I have to put it back together because the “locomotion” arm gear pops off. No big deal. I think this new Wahl has a little different gearing for no repairs. The outside design is identical to my old one. My only complaint would be is my old one is not very sharp compared to other personal groomers, but I guess that could be a plus too. NEVER cut my skin, only use it for nose, ear hair and my “3rd” eyelashes (rogue inside lash by tear duct). Eyebrow hair is very tough and I use my regular Wahl Barber Style Hair trimmer for that. Would be worthless for the tough pubic hair. Hopefully my old one will break down in a few years or I’ll lose. lol

Used for nose hairs and eyebrows, sometimes for ear hair. Works okay but I don’t expect it to last a long time. Seems rather flimsy and not well made. The replaceable battery is good, but maybe a rechargeable model would be better.

BUY THESE, you won’t regret it
I wanted something to replace a pair of old Philips Norelco trimmers I have used for years but was never really happy with. These were a good price and rated well so I gave them a try. First impression was it was a really slim product and only had two heads on it. Then I tried it and realized how much I loved the size/slimness and those two head options were all I needed. Both heads work fantastic. I have used it daily to trim nose/ear/brow hairs for 2 months and haven’t had to replace the battery yet. Amazing and so easy to use and to slip in my dopp kit when I travel. I couldn’t do that with other sets I had as real estate is already tight in my travel kit.

Cheap but cheap
The trimmer works ok, I guess. But the actual material the body is made of is aluminum no thicker than a soda can. And the nose hair attachment is almost completely useless. It stalls and stops spinning if it encounters the slightest resistance. And I’m pretty sure my nose hair isn’t made of tungsten wire.
All in all, it’s a ten-dollar item and that’s what it’s worth. If you want something a little more substantial, you’ll have to go up a price point or two.

A great product
This Wahl groomer was a prime special. My last one fell on the floor and ceased working, which is problematic with most of these inexpensive groomers. It’s the perfect size and works just as intended while not sounding like a weed trimmer. It’s not super powerful but if trimming brows, nose, or ears, it gets the job done. I didn’t experience any hair pulling but I suppose with a low battery that may happen. Its also easy enough to rinse and clean. I only wish this came with a cinch type storage bag or an onboard way to store the accessories. You really need a dedicated spot to keep the trimmer and it’s 3 attachments. Also this Wahl is rather circular so putting it on a hard surface can subject it to rolling off and breaking. I knew all these issues prior to purchasing so I wouldn’t consider it a negative just more an observation for this comment section. The price is what sold me. Very pleased with purchase, quality, and the fast shipping. Btw, it advertises it comes with a battery and mine did not.

Lil guy does the trick
Perfect Lil device to get the embarrassing hairs you don’t see until someone points it out. Easy nose and ear trimming w no pulling or cuts you just move it gently around. The trimmer blade will do light hair on ears, knuckles, ladies light facial hair and eyebrows but not ment to shave with. I had one previously and lasted a couple years just changed the battery. The knockoffs aren’t worth the risk of weaker blade that pull hairs to save $2.
