    I bought this book in Kindle format and had to …
    I bought this book in Kindle format and had to return it. The Kindle version doesn’t have a clickable table of contents, you can’t add bookmarks and you can’t use the Kindle menu to jump to a page or location. That could be ok for a novel, but it’s unacceptable for a book that will be used as a reference.
