Finally! Someone who understands neurodiverse brains and mental health and movement.
I cried with joy and acceptance through several sections of this book. To have someone understand the way my brain or could work and not shame/judge me for it or for the size of my body while providing useful tips on how to get more movement into my life not for the sake of losing weight is refreshing.
