Freaking perfect!
I just had surgery so I have to take it easy for 3.5 more weeks. I just got my cards in today and was starting to get pains from lack of exercise so I picked out a one flame routine card. It was perfect! My son got his cards also, heâs a lifter, and he did a 3 flame routine and it was so hard he did half. So no matter the level they got you covered.

Everything was well thought out except the sturdiness of the cards. Flimsy.
I like the information on the cards and I like the portability. But the sturdiness of the cards was disappointing. Theyâre not actually even stick is a playing card is. So he took it on the trip. They would probably be destroyed after a few days because theyâre not very sturdy.

I love working out using these cards. This is the third card deck I have bought from work out labs. They also have the two yoga decks. They are easy to follow and the picture is big enough to see even without glasses. There are enough exersizes in the deck to do a really long exersize and/or a different set of exersizes every workout session. Being plastic they hold up well when sweat or water falls on them. I like that they can be used anywhere. The best part of workout lab cards is the set up. The pictures on the front and the instructions on the back. Better than other card decks that put too much on one side of a card making things confusing or the picture too small. I highly recommend workout labs to anyone who works out!!!
