Easy to use
I find these easy to use. Switching weight is simple. Switching to barbell is ok. Not sure how it could be done differently. Switching to kettle bell is also pretty easy. They seem like they are sturdy and will last a long time. If that changes Iâll update the review.

Excellent Budget Set
I recently decided to get myself back into shape after not really working out seriously for at least the last decade. I already had one adjustable dumbell (75lbs) and had been looking for something to go with it. This was the perfect find and not TOO expensive espcially for what comes with it. I wasn’t looking to get a barbell, but I’ll try to throw it in at some point, lol. As far as the dumbell set, it seems very solid and it’s been easy to use so far. Will definitely purchase another to complete the set as my other adjustable dumbell has slightly different weight adjustments so I have to alternate sides when working out.In my experience, they also shipped the same day and it arrived much earlier than expected (3 days to delivery instead of expected 5-7 days)!HIGHLY recommend!

Three Different Configurations
When I first saw the product description for this, I was confused as to if this was a set of dumbbells with a kettlebell, or if it was a convertible configuration that utilizes the same single set of weights for several different configurations. I can clear that up now. The latter is true, what you get are a total of 8 weights (4 left and 4 right) that can be configured for a single dumbbell. That single dumbbellâs weights can be reused and reconfigured for either a barbell or kettlebell configuration. I only wish there were enough materials in this set so that you could have a pair of dumbbells.The amount of weight to be lifted is adjusted by grasping the handle tightly and either rolling it away from you or toward you. A click away from you, incrementally decreases the weight with each click, and a click toward you increases the weight with each click. As you can see from the chart, the amount of weight with each click varies by whatever configuration you are working with. It literally takes a second to change the amount of weight you are picking up. Simply reinsert the handle into the holding tray, click your new weight amount and pick it up.I experienced no problems at all with how the weight selection mechanism operated. It’s also important to note that the ends of the dumbbells are smooth and do not have a bar protruding through them to poke you, in the event you were to set them on your leg or (somewhere else). The weight holding tray protects your floor from indentations when setting the weights down.After I started looking at reconfiguring the single dumbbell into a kettlebell, I noticed that the locking pen was falling out after I put it into place. The instructions mentioned nowhere that the locking pins have a magnet on their elongated portion, and the locking system counts on that magnet to hold the pin in place. The magnet on the elongated end of the pin must contact an exposed screw head where the locking pin inserts. The screw head is only present on one side of the barbell, dumbbell, or kettlebell handle. You just need to be careful as to which side you insert the locking pin into. I have several pictures that attempt to illustrate how the locking pins should be inserted. This detail is very important as it can be a safety issue, and I recommend that the manufacturer revise the instructions to clearly show this important point. One star off for that missing detail.This is a very nice reconfigurable set, especially when it’s offered at a discounted price. I found it to feel solid in the hand and the weight selection mechanism worked reliably.

One bell not a set, but easily adjusted
One bell, kettle or bar or dumb. Super easy and fast to adjust with a few turns and clicks. It’s sturdy and easy to use, feels secure. You get weights for each side of the bell, so understand that when reading the description. There is a tray to hold them, and it’s really simple and intuitive to click and turn and adjust the weight as you need to. It clicks into place and stays secure through a workout. That was my biggest concern, how secure it might be, and it is definitely secure. Great set of heavier lifts and compact for your home gym needs. Much smaller than a full set of bells, but the downside is that it is only one dumbbell.
