This is a very firm roller. I also didn’t read the diameter of it, so it was too big. But for my physical therapy needs it ended up being too stiff for me. I’m sure for yoga and healthy people using it for exercise, it would be fine though.

I laid this on the floor with the intent of having it work sort of. Omg I was wrong. It feels hard and really kind of uncomfortable on the hand. Great for Physical Therapy
Used one at PT after a knee replacement and decided to get one of my own. Worked better than a towel or pillow and itâs not that expensive. Got it along with the knee replacement kit and an exercise step platform all have been worth it for a quick recovery.

This is a good roller. It did squish down in the middle from use fairly quickly. Used it for about 1 month and the center has squished down. For immediate use, it an inexpensive option. It’s more firm than the higher priced name brand, but worked well for my recovery.
