Great yoga mat, even for hot yoga
I bought this for my husband to join me in hot yoga. He has no slipped on the mat from it being slippery from sweat. He says it is super comfortable both during mediation and during postures. He does use a yoga towel on it to help during the class, which you should use during all classes. It is easy to clean and is very light weight which is nice for transporting.

I would have given all stars but it isn’t a great workout mat. I’d classify this as a yoga mat. I did mountain climber runs on this mat and the mat became torn from my running. Aside from that it is a nice soft mat to do yoga or any other workout aside from mountain climbers

Very cushioned for the price, keeps you in place/not slippery. Even my cats enjoy it- you may have to be prepared to share. Only downside is it does get dirty easily in a lighter color. Doesn’t smell and rolls up easily!

I enjoy the cushion this mat has, itâs better than my previous mat. Great for Pilates and hot yoga. My knees do sink down the longer Iâm on the mat. So I would recommend a knee pad or towel just for cushioning the knees. But overall love the mat and the colour.
