Iâve had a LOT of different yoga mats in my life. This one encompasses everything I want in a mat and then some. The thickness is thin enough to keep it lightweight and portable but then also thick enough to take the pressure off wrists and feet in poses.The grip is literally perfectâ¦it is not too tacky making your feet or hands stick yet absolutely no sliding, your poses feel solid and sound. Itâs the exact material I want in a mat.My favorite part though are the lines on the mat, it truly does help you keep proper form and to keep all poses rooted and even as not to strain anything. In combination with my Lifeboard itâs literal perfection!

A little thin and does slide a bit
I was a little disappointed with the quality after reading the reviews. Most people said the mat was pretty thick and did not slide, but I disagree. When I did my first practice on this mat, I was uncomfortable because of how thin it was- it basically felt like I was on the bare floor. Itâs very cute though and the little heart designs are the cutest. I just wonât purchase again due to how thin it is.

I just started taking a yoga class, and I wasnât sure what mat to choose. But I love this one! It grips the floor, doesnât take long to flatten, provides enough cushion (the material will dent slightly when pressure is applied, but quickly recovers), the top material provides outstanding strength and grip, the longer length is nice, and it is lightweight and easy to carry. I even find myself using the lines often. I look around at the other participantâs mats, and realize mine is superior to most. If I ever need a new one, I will be back to purchase this same model again!

I do daily yoga and this mat is a major upgrade from my last one. No slip, and mat doesn’t stretch during downward dog. Not too thick, but thick enough that my knees don’t hurt in table top.If I have to list a con, I’d say that dog hair sticks to the material and is hard to just brush off since it’s got that “non-slip”, but I just take a lint roller to it & were golden.

Lo spessore non è eccessivo (anche se offre una buona ammortizzazione, comunque) per cui si può trasportare agevolmente. Allo scopo, è fornita una cinghia di cotone con due estremità elatiche x infilarci il tappetino arrotolato. Non è molto lunga perciò lo si può trasportare solo verticalmente su una spalla, non di traverso come fanno alcuni. L’ho comunque provato ed è comodo e leggero. Dimenticavo : il tappetino è giunto perfettamente imballato e ho potuto utilizzarlo subito in quanto privo di odori. Trovo sia perfetto, sono molto contenta del mio acquisto, consiglio questo prodotto e questa marca.
