Great value! But, wish it was a little wider…
I love using a yoga-wheel for chiropractic/self-adjustment treatment of my vertebral column at least twice daily… morning and night…This 12-inch size is ideal for the thoracic region of the back. A 9-inch sized wheel is also good for certain applications, but this larger size is superior for a much better stretch…I can, indeed, get a good, decent stretch with this wheel, but actually would prefer it to be wider. I’m 5’11” and weigh 200 pounds. This wheel measures 5 inches in width, and I’ve found that, for the broadness of my back, my ideal width is between 6 and 7 inches…So, I feel this will obviously cater more to the smaller, lighter crowd… not to mention, due the feminine pink color, too. ðI like the firmness and pattern of the rubber nubs. They are not too aggressive, and work much better than a lot of the smooth surfaced wheels out there. You need some sort of nubs to really give you a good spinal massage…So, to sum things up, I think this is a great entry-level yoga-wheel… for a very reasonable price. It’s a really good value!For me personally, though, I rate it 4.4 stars…

Okay first all as someone who doesn’t much do much exercise I was surprised how big this was. That being said I would say this is a great tool in incorporating into your exercise routine that comes with instructions on the variety of ways it can be used. When it comes to the product itself, I would say it’s definitely worth its value despite being relatively cheap.

Definitely Plus-Size Friendly | A great assistant
The weight limit is accurate, it is plus size/larger body friendly. This roller wheel can support heavier weights which can be a headache to find. The inside is hard slightly bendable plastic with foam non-slip cushion on the outer layer. This did not slide around and griped my plywood floors without any issue. I can put a good amount of my weight on this wheel and rely on it as a great stretching assistant. At first, I thought I’d break or crack it but this is the sturdy wheel. This little wheel made me excited to try some yoga and do some stretching since I feel more supported. It’s a fitness tool you didn’t know you needed until you’ve used it.

OK product
I purchased this wheel specifically because it had more height to it and more width to it. I was hopeful that it would help relieve some of my back pain. While the material is really well done and the wheel itself looks nice, I started seeing problems a few days into using it. (1) if you’re not perfectly balanced when you put your weight on it, it completely turns over and damn does it hurt to hit that plastic side. (2) Within a few days, the “top” with the pressure points and foam completely separated from the actual plastic wheel. It is not attached to the wheel with any adhesive. I can still use the wheel but it’s really not great and I have to work around these issues to even get use out of it. I would recommend looking at another product.

Cracks your back!
You’re looking at this because you want to crack your back, not to do a bunch of Yoga on it, right?Well good news; This thing works.I’m 250lbs and it supports my heft. It doesn’t hurt my spine when rolling on it and I don’t feel like I’m going to fall or tip over. Using this thing is a nightly ritual of mine. I get about 5 or 6 good cracks every time I roll on it.Highly recommend.

A bit intimidating
This yoga wheel back stretcher is a little intimidating to me. It is bigger than I imagined. I can roll my back on it, but itâs a bit too big for me to get comfortable on it. I cannot due the exercises that it recommends in the booklet since Iâm nervous that the wheel will go flying out from under me and leave me to the forces of gravity while I slam to my floor and injure myself. I will have to conquer my fear and become more flexible before I can safely use this yoga wheel.
