I bought this tablet for my 2 yr. Old great granddaughter for Christmas. I like the silicon case it came with. And the fact it came with a screen protector as well. No problem getting it.connected to the internet. Runs pretty fast. Haven’t been able to see how long the battery last before charging is needed.

Not a good product
First tablet needed returned due to defect in screen face. Second one is poor quality, on/off & volume buttons stuck inside of casing, slow loading, terrible (faded) color display, battery doesn’t last long, suddenly closes program or crashes, terrible case design – doesn’t function as described. Is totally unreliable as a work tablet.

Let’s start with the items included in the box. Everything was well packaged. The box included the tablet, a very nice case/stand, a charging cable, an OTG cable (USB C to USB A female) and a screen protector. There was a very brief setup and troubleshooting manual included as well. No directions were included for applying the screen protector and there weren’t any screen protector alignment stickers included. I attempted to apply the screen protector before powering on the tablet, but found it impossible to align it perfectly. I am not new to screen protectors, but this one needed a very precise fit or the tablet back would interfere with it. In the end a did a substandard job of applying the screen protector and I will probably be removing it in the near future.Next I powered on the tablet. It started up and asked me to connect it to wifi which I did. The tablet next attempted to migrate from a previous device of mine. I didn’t have any plans to migrate, so I selected the option not to migrate for now. Next question asked me if I would be setting the tablet up for an adult or a child. I assume that the child option would provide controls around screentime, but I did not proceed down that route and selected adult. A few more questions about my account and several more minutes of waiting and the tablet was ready for use. I was pleasantly surprised to see that while the description stated Android 12, the tablet came prepared with Android 13. It was also nice to see that there wasn’t much in the way of bloatware installed. MobiSystems Office Suite was installed, but that was pretty much it outside of default android and Google Apps, Zoom and MS Teams (personal). It is pretty much what I would expect from a good budget tablet. Here are some additional specs:-8mp Back Camera (4:3)-5mp Front Camera (4:3)-2.4 and 5ghz wireless (supports wifi6)It has 4gb RAM as mentioned, but also includes an option in the settings to use 4gb of the built in storage as RAM to boost performance.48gb of storage was free after setup completed for me (without any data migration). Youtube played high def videos without any significant lag. The touchscreen isn’t fantastic, but I had no issues navigating and controlling the tablet. Build quality is decent, but the plastic does have a lot of flex to it. I would not recommend using the tablet outside of the case. If you are buying this for a child who will be rough on it I would also reconsider. For simple web browsing, email and watching videos it is a great option though.
