The fruit punch flavor is decent â not the best Iâve tasted but definitely palatable, especially when mixed into small water bottles. Itâs convenient for on-the-go hydration and immune support. I like that it contains 1,000 mg of Vitamin C and 200 mg of Vitamin B3, to bolster the immune system. What stands out to me is how kid-friendly this product is. high dosing vitamin c is so important with all the viruses/bacteria that we are exposed to on a daily basis. Keeping the immune system strong so it can do its job is vital to our health and wellbeing. my kids literally wet their fingers and lick this powder off their fingers,,, easiest way i’ve found to administer their vitamin c that actually tastes good!

Smallish package but only a teaspoon needed
Added a photo of how small this package is so there are no surprises. There are 60 servings per bag if this is for kids less than 24 months old, according to the product description ….and the bag is exactly as shown on Amazon. No teaspoon is provided and a regular small spoon is what we are using.The flavor is very fruity and it doesn’t have a chemical smell. Love that it is organic so it doesn’t carry over pesticides from the product lifecycle. It is sweetened with organic stevia and is pretty sweet. It mixes really well in our smoothies. The quality seems pretty good with third party testing and it’s made in Tennessee. This makes me feel confident I am giving something good to our kids.I’m surprised the product description on Amazon states 5-10 doses (teaspoons) for older kids and then on the package it states adults may take up to 6 tsps a day. Seems like the product product description needs to match what is on the product. The thing is the percent daily value noted for 1 teaspoon for vitamin C and B3 are already above 1000% according to the ingredients listed, and then the product description states you may take 5-10 teaspoons for kids older than 10 years of age. That doesn’t really make sense and studies have shown that too much B3 (Niacin) is not good.The point is the dose on the product is 1 teaspoon and that seems enough based on daily requirements for Vitamins C, B3. B8 is inositol, like B3, and supports mental health and metabolism – this then supports overall health. This is a very focused supplement without all the other vitamins and minerals of a daily vitamin and if you need these specific vitamins, especially B8 (Inositol) then it’s worth a try. The vitamin C (1667% daily value based on this product label) – studies show Vitamin C can aid in absorption of the other vitamins and it plays an important role in our immune system. Not sure it has increased my kids’ defense – just trying this out for the first time. Hope this helps you make a decision on this product.Here’s to your family’s health!

I love that it is organic, and my son loves the flavor, simply because i mix it into his favorite fruit flavored seltzer water. It is very easy to use. I will continue to give it to my son for duration of the winter season.

Sour but Excellent Flavor – An Honest Review
I got this powder to try for myself. I understand it is targeted towards kids, however, it has some great essential nutrients for anyone.The flavor is quite sour but does taste great. I have some of it every morning and I have considered making some popsicles with it. The powder does struggle to dilute but it takes a good amount of mixing to fully dilute.Overall, this is a solid option if you want to give your kids some vitamins in a powdered drink form.
